Refund Policy

EOS Botanica Refund Policy

At EOS Botanica, our goal is to provide exceptional service and high-quality products. To maintain fairness, hygiene standards, and clarity for all guests, the following refund policy applies to all purchases and appointments.

Services

All service sales are final. Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you experience an issue with your service, you must contact us within 72 hours so we can assess the concern and provide a correction when appropriate. Corrections are offered at the discretion of management and are based on availability.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

  • Results affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions

Hair Extensions

Due to hygiene and customization requirements, all hair extension purchases are final. This includes bundles, clip-ins, tape-ins, wigs, and any custom-ordered hair. Installed extensions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Retail Products

All product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on shampoos, conditioners, styling products, tools, or any beauty items due to safety and hygiene regulations.

Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service at checkout. If you cancel or miss your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

No-shows and late arrivals that prevent us from completing the service may result in forfeited deposits and/or rebooking fees. These policies help protect our stylists’ time and schedules.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcomed from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with downtime from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Refund policies apply equally to walk-in guests.

Agreement

By booking a service, renting a suite, making a purchase, or entering the salon, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Refund Policy.
