EOS Botanica – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EOS Botanica. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities that help us operate smoothly and protect both our clients and our team.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, in person, or by phone. Walk-ins are welcomed from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with downtime from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Appointment availability is not guaranteed without confirmation. EOS Botanica reserves the right to adjust scheduling policies as needed.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are responsible for managing their appointments. Cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows may be subject to full-service charges or rebooking restrictions. Continued no-shows may result in refusal of future services.





  • 3. Deposits

  • Some services require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward the service total. If you cancel, arrive late beyond the grace period, or fail to appear, the deposit is forfeited.

  • 4. Payments

  • All payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept approved forms of electronic and card payment. Returned or disputed payments may result in account restrictions or additional fees.

  • 5. Refunds & Corrections

  • All sales are final.
    This includes services, retail items, and hair extensions. If you experience an issue with your service, you must notify us within 72 hours so we can assess whether a correction is appropriate. Corrections are offered at management’s discretion and must be scheduled based on availability. Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction due to personal preference or failure to follow aftercare instructions.





 

6. Hair Extensions

All extension sales are final due to hygiene, customization, and handling standards. Installed extensions cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Clients are responsible for following provided maintenance instructions.

7. Children & Guests

We understand that life happens, and children may accompany clients when necessary. However, for safety, comfort, and insurance reasons, children must remain supervised at all times. Disruptive behavior that affects the stylist or other clients may result in appointment rescheduling.

8. Salon Environment & Personal Conduct

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. EOS Botanica reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

9. Product Usage & Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided during or after their appointment. Results may vary based on hair condition, lifestyle, maintenance routines, and product usage.

10. Website Use

All content on the EOS Botanica website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of EOS Botanica and may not be reproduced without written permission. Misuse of our website or content may result in restricted access or legal action.

11. Policy Updates

EOS Botanica reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication.
